To make a long story short, the biggest difference between the two types of water is that the mineral water contains trace elements ,minerals that the body needs, and long-term consumption of public opinion is considered beneficial. Distilled water does not contain trace elements (minerals). The public opinion is also considered to be unhealthy for long-term drinking. It seems reasonable to speak at first sight.
